This is what online edits were before there was online edits. Its basically a lost norcal VHS edit. There’s so much cool stuff in this its hard to pick a starting point. I saw Ingel Cantindig in there. I also saw someone wearing a 3rd world shirt (who had most of their graphics designed by Shepard Fairy long before OBEY), there’s 5th elements all over the place, and some dude did a torque in K2’s. I could go on for days but you can just watch this and definitely get that 97 vibe.
